The apartment offers a separate bedroom with two single beds and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, and all necessary cooking utensils. In the hallway, you’ll find a dining area with a table and chairs – perfect for shared meals or remote work.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, while underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures a pleasant indoor climate. Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are included in the price.

Check-in is contactless via key box, allowing you to arrive flexibly and independently at any time. The building includes a courtyard, and common areas (hallways, staircases, etc.) are monitored by video surveillance for your safety.
