Cleanliness: please leave the apartment broom-clean, dispose of your trash, and wash any used dishes.

Energy: please switch off lights, heating, and electrical devices when leaving the apartment.

Keys: please report any loss immediately.

Damages: please inform us right away so we can take care of it promptly.
