Cancellation policy

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. Therefore, our cancellation policy is fair and transparent:

• Free cancellation: possible up to 7 days before arrival.
• For cancellations within 7 days of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• In case of no-show, the entire booking amount (100%) will be due.

Any payments already made will be credited accordingly. In case of an early departure, no refund is possible.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unexpected events.

Note: Individual arrangements can be made for long-term stays or corporate bookings.
